
Marcie Snyder
Licensed Audiology Assistant
Marcie Snyder began as a receptionist in our Liberty office in March of 2000, promoted to the Boardman office as a billing manager, and became a licensed audiology aide in 2006 through the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Her job duties include hearing aid cleanings, repairs and modifications, hearing screenings, and hearing aid programming and adjustments. She also is part of the marketing team for all seven offices.
Marcie graduated from West Middlesex Junior Senior High School. She also attended Mercer County Vocational Technical School for three years, specializing in Communications.
Community Volunteer:
Salvation Army Bell Ringing, Mahoning Valley Hearing Mission 2012, 2013, and 2014, Second Harvest Food Bank, Sponsor of Mahoning valley Rescue Mission, World Vision, Special Olympics of Ohio and various community fundraisers throughout the year.

Gina Petrinjak
Licensed Audiology Assistant
Gina Petrinjak began working with our company in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Speech and Audiology from Kent State University. She became a licensed audiology aide in 2014 through the Ohio Board of Speech-language Pathology and Audiology. Her main focus is to do hearing aid cleanings, repairs, screenings, hearing aid programming, and adjustments.
Gina is very enthusiastic about what she does and is dedicated to helping our patients achieve better hearing and an improved quality of life. Gina holds herself accountable for providing the best patient experience and takes pride in establishing strong relationships at work and within the community. This includes her volunteering at many of our local hearing missions and one international mission to Dominica in 2014.
When Gina is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little girls.

Eli Khoury
Licensed Audiology Assistant
Eli Khoury is a Licensed Audiology Assistant. He works at various Centers for Hearing Care locations. Eli is a new addition to our Audiology Support Staff. Starting as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2023, he quickly grew a passion for helping others rediscover the world of hearing. Graduating in 2022 from Kent State University with a degree in Healthcare Administration, he understands how important it is to have a well-organized and productive team.
He likes to spend his free time hiking, swimming, and running. His time spent outdoors helps provide great insights into how important it is to hear the sounds of nature.
Community Volunteer:
Eli has volunteered with the Hearing Missions Foundation; traveling to Guatemala in 2023 for his first mission trip.
